Maintenance and Support
 

Whenever technical solutions are installed, there is eventually a potential need for maintenance or upgrades of equipment and software. Upgrades may or may not be helpful in any specific situation, meaning that there is need to make a decision and possibly execute an upgrade process. Likewise, equipment faces the possibility of failure from age or wear and tear of normal use. In these cases, some sort of maintenance is required.

ASCC stands behind the product it installs. In some cases, we may be an authorized service organization for the vendor, and in the case of certain wiring products, an installation by ASCC's vendor-certified technicians may provide up to a 25-year warranty. Depending on the vendor and product line, we may be able to assist you with installing or procuring upgrades. In any case, we can advise you whether upgrades or enhancements are applicable or advisable in your situation.

In many cases the training and experience of our engineers and technicians can help you with troubleshooting and diagnosis if problems should arise, after which, we are available to assist you with the solution, if required. In any case, our commitment to our customers extends beyond the installation of the system, as your satisfaction is an important goal for us.
