Education has become
increasingly dependent on multimedia materials for
content delivery. While multimedia is valued because
it stimulates the imagination and brings to the
classroom the kinds of information presentation
that students are accustomed to in the rest of their
lives, its effective use requires appropriate scheduling,
delivery, and integration into the curriculum.
Institutions are faced with the increasing challenge
of managing growing libraries of CD-ROMs, DVDs, VHS
tapes and laserdiscs, and delivering these materials
when and where they are needed. It is not surprising
that technology can be applied to meeting this challenge
managing and delivering these technological educational
resources. ASCC has both the experience and the expertise
required to design and implement solutions in this
area. We have partnered with Rauland, a pioneer in
the integration of educational technology. |
